Less tightly held in youth does life concede To the clock, its worth, inevitably. The value of life begins unfounded But soon, with age, its cost is counted. As grapes upon the vine be ripened, Their tender force, in time, is siphoned. Now held precious by cautious grip, Memories, as the mind does slip. by Garret Woo 1/5/2019
